At Seraf Softlanding Services we value your trust. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with Chile's Law No. 21.719 on personal data protection.
Data controller
The controller of your data is Seraf Softlanding Services. For any privacy inquiry you can write to our contact email.
What data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (first name, last name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, company and the message you send us). We do not collect browsing data for analytics or marketing purposes.
For what purpose
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a service proposal and maintain the contact arising from your request. We do not use it for any other purpose nor share it with third parties unrelated to providing the service.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of responding to your commercial request.
Security and anti-spam
We protect the form with Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated and abusive submissions. Turnstile does not use advertising tracking cookies. Email delivery is handled through a transactional email provider (Brevo).
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the service relationship. Afterwards we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation (erasure) and objection regarding your personal data by writing to our contact email. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.
